Return Policy

RFID products are frequently purchased for experimental or evaluation purposes. For this reason, Gateway considers all RFID orders NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. All RFID products that are defective must be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Repair Procedure:

Contact Gateway at (203) 239-7105 and request an RMA number. Please have your customer ID number and Gateway part number ready. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. You must include the manufacturer’s original packaging, both inside and outside. All returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc., just as the product was received.
